German-Israeli Battery School 2017

The German Israeli Battery School (GIBS) is a bilateral cooperation between German and Israeli scientists in the field of eletrochemical energy research including batteries, supercapacitors and fuel cell components. GIBS provides a series of lectures and presentations and a plattform for national and international networking of young scientistis. The next German Israeli Battery School will be held in Haifa, Israel, from 9 to 14 September 2017.

Call information

All PhD students and post-doctoral researchers enrolled at an Israeli or German university or research institution are welcome to applicate for the GIBS 2017.

Download the call text. GIBS procedure requires applicants to send their application form to the coordinators.

In addition each participant is requested to submit a high quality abstract for a short presentation (oral or poster).

Moreover a short letter of recommendation of the current/ last mentor has to be included. The call adresses PhD students and post-doctoral researchers from an Israeli or German university or a research institution.
